The key to achieving this "multi-tasking" capability lies in the live turret (or live tool turret). Such a turret can accommodate not only stationary turning tools but also milling cutters and drill bits that are driven to rotate by a servo motor.

When milling is required, the live tool rotates; combined with the indexing or slow rotation of the main spindle (C-axis function), this enables operations such as milling flats, drilling, and tapping to be performed on a single workpiece.

Ming Yuda's Greatest Advantage

CNC automatic lathes and CNC lathes — professional engineers and experienced operators.

01

Engineering Review

Upon receiving customer drawings, our engineers conduct a comprehensive assessment of specifications—including dimensions, tolerances, material requirements, and plating thickness.

02

Process Selection and Quotation

We select the most efficient, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing processes to formulate our quotations.

03

Tolerance Control

Leveraging over 30 years of manufacturing experience, we maintain product tolerances at ±0.025 mm, and can achieve ±0.005 mm depending on the product's structural design.

If your product is still in the early development stage, we offer a range of recommended solutions to ensure the final product meets your specific application requirements.

We support both small-batch prototyping and full-scale mass production, with dedicated sales personnel assigned to manage the entire process.

Various types of secondary processing equipment

Our company has approximately 20 custom-built secondary processing machines, designed to better process the cross slots and soldering cup areas of products.

We also have medium-speed wire EDM equipment. If products require wire-cut diagonal square slots, we can also perform secondary processing.

Regarding annealing, heat treatment, welding, airtightness testing, etc., our company is equipped with professional equipment and quality-standard operating procedures for processing and production.

Our Advantages in Mill-Turn Machining

High Precision: We achieve exceptional precision and stable tolerances. How do we ensure this? We utilize high-performance equipment and maintain rigorous personnel management. Our company operates under a strict quality inspection system. During production, in addition to operators checking product dimensions while setting up the equipment, we employ roving inspectors who verify quality at set intervals—every hour for critical processes and every two hours for key processes.

Consistency and Repeatability

Once the CNC program is set up, the equipment performs repetitive machining operations on every component, ensuring consistent quality during mass production.
